The new Tobago Meteorological Services Building is located on Cromstain Trace, Store bay Local Road.

The project includes an Administration/Operation building, a services building, guard booth, an instrument enclosure, car park and ancillary facilities. The main buildings occupy a gross floor area of about 2500 m².

The building is also intended to function as a Disaster Shelter, withstanding a Category 3 hurricane and earthquake of magnitude 6.2 on the richter scale.
