The Transition Home will house offices, sleeping quarters, a screening room, an activity room, washrooms, a gym, lobbies, a kitchen, a store room and laundry rooms. This two (2) storey facility will occupy a footprint of approximately 6000 square feet. The Transition Home, Osbourne Lane, Ste. Madeleine was completed June 7, 2018.
