NIPDEC entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with the National Flour Mills (NFM) for the provision of project management, construction management and tender evaluation services for the upgrade of their physical facilities throughout the country.

The first engagement was to provide Design-Build Services for the Upgrade of the National Flour Mills Limited Quarantine Warehouse located at the Carlsen Field Rice Mill Facility, Carlsen Field.
