Job Objective:

To provide hardware and software maintenance, training, and recommendations about future planning and development of resources.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on client’s PC’s using approved methods and processes.
  • Install hardware and software for clients.
  • Performing routine operational demand requests such as DNS, DHCP, Server or Network changes.
  • Setup & Support LAN and WAN network.
  • Provides help in system maintenanceand upgrades.
  • Maintain log and/or list of required repairs and maintenance.
  • Research current and potential resources and services.
  • Perform other related duties as required during working hours.
  • Perform any other related duties as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Certified Computer Technician: A+ and Networking+.
  • Minimum of five (5) O’Level Subjects including English Language and Mathematics.
  • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a similar position.
  • A working knowledge of current IT infrastructure best practices.
  • Any equivalent combination of qualifications and experience.

Special Skills and Knowledge:

  • Ability to work efficiently with a team or individually as is necessary.
  • Pronounced problem solving skills.
  • Performance and goal oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Working experience with Microsoft Windows Server environment.
