NIPDEC’s real estate services evolved naturally out of the Company’s core business, namely property development. The real estate operations formally commenced following the completion of the prestigious Flagstaff Hill and Prada Street apartment complexes.
Our Real Estate Services Unit was responsible for the sale of La Reine Court and Flagfort Villas and the creation of Management Companies for these housing communities; these are some of the most exclusive residences in the city of Port of Spain.
NIPDEC’s Real Estate Services Unit currently plays an integral role in the marketing and sale of units at the Riverwoods Housing Development – D’Abadie, Arima.
NIPDEC’s Real Estate Services Unit is also responsible for the management, including rental and sale, of NIPDEC’s and NIBTT’s properties.
