The Ministry of Tertiary Education and Skills Training (MTEST) and the College of Science, Technology and Applied Arts of Trinidad and Tobago (COSTAATT).
NIPDEC was contracted for the construction of the COSTATT Main Campus which would be located in Chaguanas. The Campus would be constructed in phases on 30 acres of land. Phase I of this project comprises the design and construction of a three (3) storey building to accommodate classrooms, training rooms, laboratories, a library, a canteen, recreational and administrative areas. The COSTAATT Main Campus was completed in July, 2016.
