NIPDEC was engaged by the Ministry of Works and Transport (MOWT) in June of 2019 for Procurement Services for the Construction of the New Guaico Licensing Office.

NIPDEC utilised its procurement policies and procedures to solicit suppliers for materials, equipment and services required for the project. The design and construction were undertaken by the MOWT. The project consists of a single storey, fully outfitted building for services provided by the Transport Division.
