NIPDEC was contracted by the former Ministry of Transport to provide Project Management and Construction Management Services for the Motor Vehicle Authority (MVA) Programme.

This included the design and construction of the Motor Vehicle Authority (MVA) Head Office and Access Centre located in Frederick Settlement, Caroni. This Project consists of a three (3) storey building to facilitate public interaction and staff accommodations, a vehicle inspection centre including a Heavy “T” weight bridge, a warehouse and an armoury.

This Project was completed within budget and handed over to the client in June 2015.
