NIPDEC was engaged for the construction and outfitting of an Administrative Complex, located at Narsaloo Ramiah Road, Chaguanas. This Complex comprises of three (3) storey’s to accommodate administrative areas, conference facilities, storage facilities, library, sick bay, vault and common areas. The building encompasses a gross floor area of 53,800 square feet. Works to the building were completed in November, 2015.

The project includes an Administration/Operation building, a services building, guard booth, an instrument enclosure, car park and ancillary facilities. The main buildings occupy a gross floor area of about 2500 m2.
