The Tunapuna Administrative Complex houses the Tunapuna Magistrate’s Court, Probation Services, Ministry of Community Development, Culture and the Arts, District Revenue Office, TTPOST, Town & Country Planning Division and the Elections and Boundaries Commission. The refurbishment of the facility included the upgrade of the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Systems, installation of the following systems – Public Address, Private Branch Exchange at the Judiciary, Closed Circuit Television System, Access Control System.

The refurbishment works also included extensive upgrades to the roof, ceilings, façade upgrades, installation of high security fencing, upgrades to fountains and all common areas. The project was completed in October 2015.
